What a surprise! A great white wine from Tuscany, made from Viogner and Roussanne, the first vinified partially in oak barrels

Livia is the only white wine made in the organic winery Querceto di Castellina, and is a very interesting wine, starting with a complex nose stirring from jasmine to honey, from apricot and lime to croissant and citrus. The taste is well structured and intense, never boring and it's evident that the barrel influence is not invasive at all, no simple vanilla and banana taste. Instead, a sapid vein runs in mouth making the taste absolutely vibrant. Long persistence, majestic wine
