Cruasè... a single word that is the combination of Cru and Rosè expresses an italian excellence made by Pinot Noir, only produced in the best areas of Oltrepò Pavese and using the Champenoise method.
This Bruno Verdi is considered one of the finest Cruasè of Oltrepò, with its gorgeous nose of pomegranate, rose, yeast, bread crust, result of 30 months aging on the yeast, nice feeling of really small bubble chains in mouth and a kaleidoscope of flavours.
