Teobaldo Rivella is a real wine-artisan, taking care of his few hectars of vineyard in one of the best cru of all Barbaresco, the Monte Stefano slope.

Without any chemicals in the vineyards, Teobaldo uses only sponeaneous yeast to create masterpiece-wines like this Dolcetto d'Alba, from the omonimous grape variety, rich in aromas of cherry, violet and plums. At the taste is very pleasant and balanced with the right tannin component, and an interestingly spicy finish. Just excellent.
